What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)? +
Typically, our MOQ is a 20ft container (approx. 20-30 units depending on the model size). However, for initial trial orders, we can discuss smaller quantities.
Do you offer OEM/ODM services? +
Yes, deeply. We offer complete OEM/ODM solutions including custom body colors, private label decals, specific engine tuning, and customized packaging.
What is your production lead time? +
Standard production time is 25-35 days after receiving the deposit. Peak season orders may require 40-45 days.
Can I get a sample before bulk order? +
Yes, sample orders are welcome for quality testing. Sample costs and shipping fees apply, but sample costs can be partially refunded in future bulk orders.
What engines do you use? +
We partner with top-tier Chinese engine manufacturers including Zongshen, Loncin, and Yinxiang to ensure durability and performance.
Are your products street legal? +
Most of our ATVs and Dirt Bikes are designed for off-road use.
What are your payment terms? +
Usually T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 30% deposit before production, and 70% balance against the copy of B/L. L/C at sight is also acceptable for large orders.
How do you handle quality control? +
We have a strict QC system under ISO 9001. This includes incoming material inspection, in-process routing checks, and 100% final testing (engine run-in and road test) before packing.
Do you provide spare parts? +
Yes, we provide 1% free easily-damaged spare parts for full container orders. We also maintain a large inventory for post-sale spare parts purchase.
What is your warranty policy? +
We typically offer a 6 to 12-month warranty on main components like the engine and frame, starting from the date the goods arrive at the destination port.
Assistance with shipping/customs? +
Absolutely. We have long-term partnerships with reliable forwarders and can handle FOB, CIF, or DDP terms, providing all necessary documents for smooth customs clearance.
