What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is one 20ft container, which typically holds about 30-40 units depending on the model size. However, we can discuss sample orders (1-5 units) for new partners to test quality before bulk commitment.
What is the production lead time?
Standard production time is 25-35 days after receiving the deposit. For custom OEM orders requiring specific molding or decal designs, the initial lead time may extend to 45 days.
Do you provide OEM/Private Label services?
Yes, absolutely. OEM is our core business. We can customize body colors, decals, VIN plates, user manuals, and packaging with your brand logo to help you build local market presence.
What warranty do you offer?
We provide a 6-month to 1-year warranty on core components (engine, frame) depending on the model. We also include up to 2% free easily damaged spare parts with full container orders.
Can I mix different models in one container?
Yes, we allow mixing up to 2-3 different models in a 40HQ container. This is a great way for dealers to test various products in their market without overstocking.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment term is T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 30% deposit before production, and the 70% balance paid against the copy of the B/L (Bill of Lading). L/C at sight is also acceptable for large orders.
How do you handle spare parts?
We maintain an inventory of 800+ types of spare parts. You can order parts alongside your vehicle shipments, or we can express ship urgent parts globally via DHL/FedEx within 3-5 days.
Do you support CKD or SKD shipping?
Yes, we have extensive experience packing and shipping in CKD (Completely Knocked Down) and SKD (Semi Knocked Down) formats to help clients save on import tariffs and freight costs.
What engine brands do you use?
Depending on the model and client preference, we partner with top-tier Chinese engine manufacturers including Zongshen, Loncin, and Yinxiang, known for their reliability and power output.
Can I visit your factory?
We highly welcome factory audits! We are located in Yongkang, Zhejiang. We can arrange pickup from Yiwu Airport or the local high-speed train station. Video tours are also available upon request.
